At mooble we think locally produced things are cool.

They help us reduce our ecological footprint by reducing the carbon miles to get the stuff from the producer to you.

Although there are very few products actually made in Canberra (not being an industrial kind of place), we have found some, and would like to support more. This is what we've got so far:

 
* Bits for Bubs - small flannel wipes in a 12 pack, or large wipes in a 9 pack, made locally in Canberra. Reusable 100% cotton wipes, good for hands, faces or bottoms. Cloth wipes are cheaper, less wasteful, and means no chemicals and deodorants like disposable wipes. Particularly good for babies with sensitive skin.

* Organic Olive Oil based soap. Comes in ultra-nourishing olive, lavender, rose geranium or shampoo bars in rosemary. $6 each. Made in Canberra.
